M-Thurs 5:59am-4:30pm, some Fridays and Saturdays are required.

Properly assemble the cabinets
Must comply with general company policies and expectations in the areas of Attendance, Safety, Cleanliness, and Team Attitude. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is an essential job function.
1 Maintain a pace of 56 cabinets per hour
2 Build defect free cabinets
3 Inspect the parts as you assemble the cabinets to ensure they are defect free
4 Proper placement and amount of glue and staples (per visual aid for builders)
5 Train and be proficient as pacesetter and AW Kitter
6 End panels flush with frame and properly seated in dado
7 Skins properly applied
a) Positioned correctly
b) Glue to cover majority of the side of cabinet.
c) Table lowered to proper level based on size of cabinet
d) Proper pressure placed on all areas of skin while glue dries
e) Do not overhang side of frame
f) Caulk the sides of the cabinets with skins applied
8 Correct label in cabinet
9 Prep station at end of day for start of next day (Start of day requires no prep, start building on start of work)
10 Always on time and do not miss scheduled work days – this is a Key position
11 Scan every cabinet as being built that comes off your table
12 Any building defects must be repaired prior to moving cabinet off table i.e. Blow outs and/or Excess glue, etc.
13 Knowing, understanding and reporting to your lead and issues in your area
