Description
Interested In Quitting Tobacco? Join a "Tools To Quit" cessation group held every third Monday starting Monday, October 15th (10am-12pm). The "Tools To Quit" single-session program will provide you with the valuable tools you need to help you quit tobacco. These include: how to prepare a plan that works for you, specific ways to deal with cravings, what physical and emotional symptoms to expect and how to cope with them effectively. Up to 4-weeks of FREE nicotine replacement therapy in the form of patches, gum or lozenges are provided (while supplies last). FREE Nicotine replacement patches, lozenges, or gum (if medically appropriate and 18 years of age or older).
