6:00- 7:15 and 7:30- 8:45.
Course 1- Starter
- Apple fennel and walnut slad with citrus vinaigrette
- Lollipop tandori chicken
- Seared scallops over creamed corn sauce with chorizo dust
- Tonkotsu pork belly ramen with soft boiled egg garnished with green onions, corn, fish cake and mushrooms
- Grilled skirt steak with chimchurri suace, black beans over rice and yuca fries
