Midtown Dental 9th Annual FREE Dental Day

Description

Midtown Dental will provide free oral health care services to those that are in need age 18+. The services will include comprehensive exams, all necessary x-rays, an option of dental cleaning (if gum disease is not present), up to two fillings, or up to three extractions. In order to be seen, you must have an appointment. To get an appointment, go to Midtown Dental to pre-register ONLY on Friday, October 20 during the hours of 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Appointments will be made on a first-come first serve basis. The only item you need to bring is a driver's license or picture identification. Financial eligibility will be determined on the same day the appointment is made.Our Ninth Annual Free Dental Day Treatment will be rendered on November 17th, at 8:00am, located at 607 S. Missouri Ave., Lakeland, FL 33815.
